Dishonest salesman Alessio

Alessio is a slick salesman, with no problem understanding English while we made our selection and purchase. Upon receipt of a broken statue, $1648.00, He told us " be patient" it would take some time to settle. He lied about the package contents- he lied about the weight- he lied about the value, and he lied about delaying shipping so we could be home to receive it! Now he has lied about sending a replacement statue! It will be ONE YEAR since original purchase in October, now he ignores all calls and e-mails. Alessio is a disgrace to the Florence business community ! We are returning to Florence and will be paying Alessio a visit for a full refund of our nearly $2000.00 purchase ! DONT SHOP HERE !!

The customer was reimbursed with a new free piece, we have his written promise that he would undertake to remove all negative publicity from the internet. If it is not removed immediately, we will take legal action.

Dishonest salesman Alessio sold us a statue for $1648. to include shipping and insurance. We received broken pieces in a cardboard box and papers listing our purchase as a "vase" insured for $1000. Ignored calls and e-mails now, he collected twice. DON'T SHOP HERE!!! SCAMMER!!! LIAR!!!
